How can I purchase myWorkflow®?

You can either rent or buy myWorkflow®. Depending on your requirements, we offer special package solutions. Simply contact us now to make an individual consultation appointment including presentation!

Is myWorkflow® only available in a package or individually?

All offered solutions can be booked separately. In addition, we offer specially designed packages, which you can individually upgrade from the entry-level solution to the all-round carefree version.

Can individual products be combined?

Yes, because the goal is to map all processes on a single platform. The modules‘ intelligent interaction optimizes and accelerates global workflows. You can for instance automatically merge text and image data stored in myMedia® with myPIM® and quickly publish them, or you can correct documents with myCorrections® after they have been translated with myTranslations®.

Can I test myWorkflow®?

We will be pleased to provide demo access on request or come by personally to introduce you to the benefits of myWorkflow®. Just contact us!

How do I get my login details?

After your individual booking, you will receive an e-mail with your personal login details (user name and password). You can use these to log in to the system via our website.

What are the fees for myWorkflow®?

We individually tailor myWorkflow® to your needs. Depending on which rental or purchase solution and which additional functions you decide on, varying charges apply. We will be pleased to submit an individual offer.

Is there a minimum term?

All products can be canceled anytime at the end of the individually agreed term.

Which software is required for myWorkflow®?

One of the advantages of myWorkflow® is that you do not need any software such as InDesign®, Java® or extensions. All you need is a computer with Internet access. You will comfortably access our infrastructure via your browser – anytime and from everywhere.

myWorkflow® runs on all common browsers. You can also use myWorkflow® on mobile devices with iOS® or Android™ operating systems.

Is the software optimized for mobile devices?

For convenient access on the way, myWorkflow® is compatible with iOS® and Android™ operating systems.

Do I get free system updates?

We constantly work on adjusting myWorkflow® even better to your needs. As a rule, all updates are free of charge.

Is it possible to customize the myWorkflow® layout?

Yes, myWorkflow® is available with your corporate logo and colors.

Is the software multilingual?

For international communication and process optimization, myWorkflow® is available in German, English, Dutch and French language versions. Further interface languages are possible on request.
